The cathode system of this type of x-ray tube is so finely tuned that its operation is highly stable.

We offer technical x-ray tubes with glass window up to 80 kV and with Beryllium window up to 60 kV in our production programme. Our microfocus x-ray tubes have point-shaped focal spots from 30 µm till 1 mm but also line focus focal spots of 100 µm x 2000 µm. Other materials apart from our standard W-target are also possible. For specific customer application we can construct our x-ray tubes as a „minimal drift“ variant (md).

A variety of combination possibilities between focal spot size, target angle, target material and aperture angle allows us to produce an x-ray tube in accordance with your needs. We also equip our x-ray tubes with beryllium windows with one of our standard flanges or a customer specific flange. The contacting options are also variable.
